While completing his masters in Human Development and Family Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin, Chris worked at the Austin Nature and Science Center as a camp counselor, as an environmental educator and presenter, and most recently as the Nature Camp coordinator. For fun, Chris designs websites for professionals in the local Austin area. At the Nature Center, he developed thisishowyouplay.com, a database and wiki where anyone can add and edit summer camp and after school curriculum.
Currently, Chris is redesigning a website for the Austin Nature and Science Center. Recently, Chris was honored to begin working at La Fuente Learning Center where he teaches the adult advanced ESL class as well as Science and Social Studies sections of the GED.
